# Plans & Pricing

Notana's core study tools — Upload, Composition, Value, Shapes, Color, Edges, and Illustrate — are free and work fully offline, no account required. Use them as much as you like, forever, with no subscription at all.

Creating a Notana account is also free, and on its own it already unlocks saving your finished studies straight to Google Photos or Dropbox — no subscription needed for that, just sign in and connect an account from the **Profile** tab. > Signing in gets your cloud saves working, but it doesn't follow you between devices on its own. Plus is for exactly that — so a workspace you've spent time getting right never has to be rebuilt.

> - **Never set up your workspace twice.** Your theme, grids, viewer layout, and every slider you've dialled in follow you automatically — close your laptop mid-study and pick it back up tomorrow, on this computer or any other, exactly where you left off.

## Checking your plan

Open **Profile → Subscription** to see your current plan, renewal date, and what it includes.

## Upgrading

From **Profile → Subscription**, choose upgrade and you'll be taken to a secure checkout page. Payment is handled by Stripe — Notana never sees or stores your card details directly.

## What happens if my subscription lapses

Your local studies and images are never affected, and neither are your Google Photos or Dropbox saves — those only ever needed a free account, not a subscription, so they keep working as long as you're signed in. What pauses is settings sync: your workspace stops following you to new devices until you resubscribe. Everything still works fully offline in the meantime.
